Gift card terms and conditions

Gift cards, also known as gift vouchers, are valid for a term of 3 years from the date of purchase, and are not eligible for refunds. Gift cards purchased on the AU website are in AUD only. Forcast gift cards can only be used in Forcast stores and the Forcast website. It cannot be used for any Forcast stockist. Extensions on expiry will not be granted. Any unused balance remaining on a gift card upon expiry shall be forfeited and will not be refunded or credited. Forcast shall not be responsible to you for any damage to, unauthorised use of, loss or theft of, a gift card. Gift cards are not eligible products for any promotion or sale. Available for use on full priced and sale items. The gift card amount will be deducted from the grand total to be paid. If an order is made with a gift card online and later returned, the refund will be processed as an online store credit.

What is my gift voucher pin?

Physical gift cards pins are located at the back of the gift card. You must scratch the silver area for the pin. Digital gift vouchers are emailed directly to the recipient, with the pin information within the email content. 

Please note, any gift vouchers issued prior to 15 September 2023 will require a generic pin of "0000" to be added at checkout. Gift vouchers issued from 15 September 2023 onwards will have a unique pin provided with the gift voucher number upon issue.

Can I use my online gift voucher in-store?

Yes, online and hard copy gift vouchers can be redeemed in Forcast stores, and online.

I lost my gift card, can you replace it?

Unfortunately gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, including instances where the incorrect email address has been supplied when ordering the gift card. If your gift card is lost or stolen, it’s best to immediately contact us so we can cancel the card.
