Shipping details: Contact us by sending an email with your order number and correct shipping details. These details will then be updated, only if the order has not been dispatched. If the item has been dispatched you will need to wait until the parcel is returned to our online department to make any further adjustments.
Ordered incorrect, colour or size: Unfortunately once an order is placed we are unable to make any amendments to your order. As a result if you would like us to cancel an item or order please send us an email with your order number advising us of the cancellation.
Cancel order: If you would like to cancel a specific item or order please send through an email or call our head office with your order ready. However, this can only be done so if the order hasn't been dispatched.
