Our team will do our best to respond promptly to your address amendment. We will respond directly once it is successful. Typically if the status is still processing, there is a higher chance we can still update the delivery details.
If you require the address to be changed after your order has been dispatched, you will need to contact Australia Post directly to request a redirection.
For our NZ/ US customers head over to USPS or NZ Post to choose the preferred delivery location/option and change address.
