If you are having issues remembering your password and need to reset it, please follow the steps below:
- Click into your account (top, right hand corner on the Forcast website)
- Click 'Forgot Your Password?'
- Enter the email address attached to your customer account.
- Click 'Reset My Password'
- You will then be sent an email to your nominated email address.
- Follow the prompts from the e-mail to create your new Account Password
