Forcast offers returns within 30 days from receiving your order when purchased online. International Returns follow the same procedure.
Full Price, Promotional Price & Faulty Items:
If the items you have purchased are either full price, promotional price or deemed faulty, you will be entitled for the following:
1. Full Refund (This can only be processed within our Online Department NOT In Store)
2. Online credit (This can only be processed within our Online Department NOT In Store)
3. Exchange/In-store giftcard (Available in-store ONLY)
Permanent Sale Items:
If the items you have purchased are of a permanent sale price, you will be entitled for the following:
1. Online credit (This can only be processed within our Online Department NOT In Store)
3. Exchange/In-store giftcard (Available in-store ONLY)
* If the customer wishes to exchange for an item that is of lesser value than the item they are returning, the customer will receive a partial giftcard with the exchange*
In order for your return to be successfully processed, we will be assessing the following:
- Items were purchased from Forcast Online and NOT purchased in store
- Goods must be returned within 30 days from when you receive the order
- Invoice and returns form is filled out appropriately and returned along with your items
- Item has not been worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer and is returned in original condition
If the above conditions are met, your return will be processed within 3-14 business days after receiving the return. An email will be sent to notify you once the return has been processed and the transaction has been completed.
To start your return, you will need to fill out the Online Returns Request. Then, please proceed to post the item back to our HQ by visiting your local post office, and address the parcel as below. Please note, all return costs are covered by the customer.
