How will I be refunded?

All refunds processed are returned to the original payment method used on the initial order.

Credit Card or PayPal: Your refund will be returned into the same account as your original payment.

Online Credit: The refund amount will be credited to your online account, ready to be used on your next purchase.

Gift Card:  If in-store, you are refunded back to a new Forcast gift card in-store. If you post the return to our HQ, you will be refunded with online store credit to your online account, ready to be used on your next purchase.

Partial Credit Card & Online Credit: The amount you paid by credit card will be refunded back into the same account and the amount paid by credit will be released back to your online account.

AfterPay or ZipPay: The instalment amount that has already been paid will be refunded back to you. This may not be the total amount of the order, only what you have paid for.

A note on Refundid: If you choose Refundid, you will receive your refund instantly. Please note, if you have paid via Afterpay and not yet paid the amount on Afterpay, you will need to use the amount received from Refundid to pay off the Afterpay order.
