A refund can be issued when:
- Item(s) are purchased at full price
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date in original condition
- Garment(s) was purchased faulty or received the wrong item from receipt
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
- The receipt must be provided as proof of purchase
A refund will be issued via the original payment method only. This means it must only be returned to the same credit card used.
To obtain an Exchange or Credit Note, you must meet the following return policy conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- For hygiene purposes, there is strictly no exchange on accessories (includes jewellery, scarves and bags)
- No exchange on soiled, worn or damaged items
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition with swing tag/s attached
- The receipt must be provided as proof of purchase
- No exchanges on samples and second items
- No exchange/refund on faulty marked items – sold in known conditions
- Items purchased at Forcast Outlet Stores can only be exchanged within Forcast Outlet Stores
- Giftcards cannot be used on our Online Store, and are non transferable.
- Sale items are final and only eligible for an exchange or credit note.
