What are my options when returning an item?

If you wish to return any items purchased online, there are a few way to go about this.

If you return via post, you will need to create a return request and post the items back to our HQ. You will be eligible for: 

1. A refund back to your original payment method (excludes permanent markdowns unless faulty)
2. An online store credit to your Forcast account

Please note that return parcels are purchased by you at a flat rate cost of $9.95.

If you return by visiting a store, you may return items free-of-charge for:

1. A refund back to your original payment method (excludes permanent markdowns unless faulty)*
2. An online store credit to your Forcast account
3. An exchange or gift card**(available in-store only)

Please be advised that for the approval of a return, items are assessed to ensure they are returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached.

*Online orders purchased with Afterpay, ZipPay or PayPal cannot be returned in-store and must be returned via post

**Gift cards are non-transferable, and can only be redeemed in-store only
